Stowmarket Town’s 2020-21 season has been put on hold again following the government’s announcement that Suffolk is now under Tier 4 restrictions.

Stow returned to action this month by winning two games in the Buildbase FA Vase, against Eynesbury Rovers and Norwich CBS, at Greens Meadow to reach the last 32.

Paul Musgrove’s men were hoping to pick up with their Premier Division fixtures again before the end of 2020, with a trip to Walsham-le-Willows tomorrow, followed by a home clash with leaders Wroxham on Saturday.

However, under Tier 4 areas training and fixtures in ‘non-elite’ football is not permitted, which means our season has been postponed until further notice.

Please follow our social media channels for any further updates on when football can resume at Greens Meadow.
