Stowmarket Town can confirm the departures of Charlie Clarke and Danny Cunningham.
Striker Clarke was one of Stow’s off season signings, joining from Premier Division rivals Wroxham, and scored two goals in eight appearances.
Midfielder Cunningham returned to Greens Meadow for a second spell, ahead of the 2020-21 season, and featured in six of Stow’s games so far.
“I’d like to thank them both for their contribution to the season so far,” Stow assistant manager Paul Musgrove said.
“They have both left for personal reasons. Charlie has been travelling from Norwich and has decided he wants to play closer to home.
“There’s been a bit of upheaval in the squad over the last few weeks. It’s taken us a little longer than we would have wanted, but I think we’re starting to settle now and find our rhythm.”
The club would like to thank Charlie and Danny for their efforts and wish them all the best for the future.
